Old-new members and fresh series have been added to the HP notebook palette

The new G Series has three entry-level laptops. The Pavilion dv6 and dv7 have received fresh hardware.

The 15,6 ″ dv6 and 17,3 ″ dv7 get the metal cover familiar on the ENVY line, second-generation Core CPUs and a Beats Audio system, the latter featuring four speakers. They will be available with both integrated and discrete (Radeon 6000M series) graphics controllers. There will also be a DVD burner and Blu-ray drive version. The dv6's storage space expands to 1 TB, while the dv7 expands to 2 TB. HD webcam, USB 3.0 and WiFi can't be missed, of course.
