PhotoFast has introduced an SSD that can be integrated into a PCI-Express concept

PhotoFast has introduced special Solid State Disk drives.

The biggest advantage of the device, which is available in 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB versions, is that you only need one free PCI Express x8 slot to use it; software support is provided under both Windows XP and Windows Vista. The flash drives on the panel are controlled by a hardware RAID controller, which provides a write speed of approximately 700 MB / s and a read speed of 750 MB / s. The manufacturer claims that there will be no problem with quality either, as the product can operate for nearly one and a half million hours between two failures.

The purchase price of PhotoFast G-Monster devices has not been disclosed so far.
