Gentle Typhoon
Scythe wouldn’t even be true to his name if he didn’t come up with more and more ideas. It does the same for the simplest products, the fans. Through the KAMA Flex family, we were introduced to the term Sony Fluid Dynamic Bearing (S-FDB), with which we were able to put the significant properties of air rotators on paper with favorable values. Reducing noise levels and maximizing airflow is not the end of it. GentleTyphoon fans have been given a newly developed motor, and the design of the blades is also different from the usual one; the result is the emission of a slightly different, less disturbing noise. Vibrations in the mechanics of air rotators were reduced by spring damping. The new engine and innovative technology were developed by the Japanese Nideco Servo Corporation.
