Netbooks were introduced by ViewSonic

VNB100 and VNB101 devices may be available within a few days.

When designing the VNB100 model, the manufacturer's engineers left nothing to chance, as the machine's specification follows the usual parameters in the category: the central unit is again the well-known Intel Atom N270, which includes 1 GB DDR2 memory, a 160 GB hard drive and a 10,2-inch 1024 × 600 pixel display. Of course, the repertoire also includes Wi-Fi radio, a 1,3-megapixel webcam, and a memory card reader.

Basically, the VNB101 model has the same parameters, the only difference being the presence of Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, the slightly thinner design, the increased battery life, and the type of processor; when choosing the latter, this time the designers voted for the N280 model. There is also a difference in the weight of the machines, as while the VNB101 weighs only 1,1 kilograms, the VNB100 already weighs 1,4 kilograms.

When determining the purchase price of the novelties, ViewSonic did not modest: the VNB100 can be purchased for approximately HUF 93, and the VNB101 for a little over HUF 100.
