According to the data sheet, the letter of the renewable Transformer will change from the current TF-101 to TF-201. Its processor will be replaced from the Nvidia Tegra 2 now in use with the quad-core Tegra 3. Its memory will be 1GB, which is accompanied by 32GB of storage. Its display will remain 10.1 inches and the operating system will also be Android 3 Honeycomb.

The new Transformer will be priced at almost £ 540, which is roughly £ 100 more than the price of the version currently available. The whole news could have a basis in reality, as the CEO of Asus has previously stated that an updated version of the Asus Eee Transformer will arrive by the end of the year and has forecast a price of around 500GBP.
