New winds are blowing: Here’s a new member of the MSI Wind Top family, the AE2071
MSI is not wasting their time and is already starting the new year with a big bang. Let's see what it's all about!
The latest member of the Wind Top family, the 20-inch AE2071, was recently unveiled. This beautiful all-white device is equipped with quite the right equipment. He received Military Class II parts, a Sandy Bridge base, and an LED-backlit display from the engineers.
The AE2071's display has a maximum resolution of 1600 × 900 pixels and "multi-touch" support is available as an option. Going further in the specification, the “heart” of the device can also be chosen, we can also request it with a Pentium G620 or Core i3-2100 processor. A maximum of 8 GB of memory can be loaded into the system.
The Intel HD graphics controller is responsible for the visual display. In addition, we get 500 gigabytes of storage space, which is provided by a 7200 rpm hard drive. And last but not least, the essentials: like a DVD burner, 2 3W built-in speakers, a six-in-one card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b / g / n WiFi module, 0,3 megapixel webcam , 2 USB 3.0 ports and one HDMI output close the data list.
MSI runs a 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. SmartMediaLink and SmartSync technologies have also been added to the repertoire, making it easy to sync and stream data to our DLNA compatible devices.
MSI has not yet included the AE2071 end-user price in the official specification, so it is still obscured.
