LG Electronics also presented its 2012 CINEMA 3D Smart TV range in Hungary.
LG's latest TVs have been enriched with a number of new features in addition to the previous features. The most striking innovation is the CINEMA SCREEN design, which has reduced the frame of televisions to a minimum, less than 5 millimeters for some models, making it feel as if we are sitting in front of a movie screen. Achieving this required a special material, metal, the use of which was a great challenge for LG engineers. Not only is the metal strong and heavy-duty, but it has also proved to be the best choice from an aesthetic point of view, thanks to its cool elegance, it becomes a decoration of any interior. In addition, the TVs were given narrow, lightly lined stands.
The LG Smart TV service has also been expanded and its user interface has been renewed, the main advantage of which is simpler operation and transparency than before. In addition to the revamped Internet browser, the number of so-called Premium content (i.e. popular domestic and international Internet sites whose appearance and usability are adapted to the TV screen) has also increased.

In Hungary, LG was the second largest player in the LCD TV market in terms of value in 2011. With the introduction of CINEMA 3D TVs, the company was able to achieve great success in Hungary as well, as at the time of last year's product launch, in the summer months, almost every third 3D LCD TV sold was LG CINEMA 3D. ” - said Krisztián Szili, regional consumer electronics marketing manager of LG Electronics Magyar Kft.
