Bulldozer gets a release date and an unexpectedly low priceAccording to the latest information, it will be even cheaper to get AMD's latest family of processors, and we've also got a release date.

According to information from the Turkish computer portal DonanimHaber, AMD’s next major architectural variable processor, the Bulldozer, is embarking on its conquest journey with three variations.

We reported the postponement of the FX family a few weeks ago, which here you can also read, but it was just an unconfirmed speculation after AMD announced that processors for servers would no longer be available during the month, but would only hit the market in October. Now, however, the Turkish site also seems to confirm this information, and of course there was still wind from the manufacturer on the 19th day announced by AMD. Now it looks like October 12th could be the start date for the trip.

We get two 8-core processors and a 3-module processor at the start, the FX-8150, FX-8120 and FX-6120. Interestingly, we have already written about it once (here) not so long ago that they could be pre - ordered in an American web store, and we found it cheap here as well, as it was already well below the prices forecast in the preliminary information, now the information published by Donanim reports even lower prices. The FX-3,6 with 4 modules with a peak 8150 GHz clock can be priced at just $ 245, while the smaller FX-3,1, which runs at 4 GHz but is still turbo faster, is expected to cost up to $ 8120 both processors have 205 MB of cache and 16 W of TDP. Finally, it is the smallest FX-125 with only 6 cores operating at 3,3 GHz, which includes 6120 MB of cache and is in the 12 W TDP band. This could be ours after paying $ 95, according to our current information.
