Logitech's new remote provides easy and complete control over the increasingly complex components of home theater systems.

The 785 member of the Harmony series has a modern, slim design with a stepped bottom that gives our fingers a secure and comfortable grip. The high-end remote using Logitech Smart State technology is equipped with a color LCD display that allows us to keep track of our activities, as well as display help. Its charging station eliminates the need for traditional AAA pencil batteries.

Internet is required to install the device, which can be purchased for around 40-50 thousand forints. In the process, it downloads the control codes for its home theater components from Logitech's database of numbers from 3300 devices from more than 120 manufacturers. The remote control is programmed up to one hundred percent through a web interface, which is not only time consuming but also somewhat complicated. After successful product recognition and proper setup, we need to upload data to the Logitech device via a USB cable.

If for some reason you still can't find your home theater system in the database, you can program your Harmony 785 through the factory remote control. The infrared port on the bottom of the structure is used for this purpose, you need to point the old remote control at it and press the corresponding button. Once all the buttons have been taught, the software uploads our data to the database so that others can use these settings later.
