The HoloVizio glasses-free 3D cinema system consists of LG projectors

orThe LG HX300G mini projectors are used by Holografika Kft. In the world's first 3D-free cinema system.

After the revolutionary results announced last year, development in the field of HoloVizio 3D visualization has not stopped. The Hungarian Holografika Kft. Developed and patented the new 3D display technology, which was already awarded an audience prize in 2008 at the exhibition presenting information and communication technologies (ICT) in Lyon. The innovative 300D display consisting of LG HX3G LED projectors was unveiled for the first time this autumn in Brussels, at the EU's top R&D exhibition, and has been used in previous applications, e.g. in addition to medicine, it can open up new horizons in many areas of entertainment and education, 3D cinema, virtual reality and remote presence systems.

Built with the redesign of LG Electronics ’projector, several types of HoloVizio 3D displays have been made so far, from the 45-inch size to the nearly 4-meter-hologram 3D cinema version.

Units made from the LG HX3G mobile projector project 300D images to display 3D shapes and images of the HoloVizio. The lightweight and slim projector’s LED lights increase color saturation and color depth, and its extended lifespan (30 hours) compared to standard bulbs also makes it suitable for the task. The LED technology provides 000% color coverage, thus guaranteeing the required true-to-life image quality and eliminating blur, resulting in a true-to-life display.
A 3D image contains orders of magnitude more information than a flat image. The image displayed on HoloVízio contains all the information that has been displayed so far in 60-80 2D images, together with illustrative spatial relationships. The primary uses of 3D display technology include all areas where computer-generated 3D data is already available: in addition to medical systems, such systems include design (CAD), architecture, scientific design and education, molecular design, geological research, radar and air control systems, 3D games, simulation and virtual reality. In addition to the professional uses mentioned, this technology will be an important determinant of 3D cinema and TV technology for the next decade.
