A captivating novelty in Brando's offer

With the help of the device we can protect our USB memory key from unauthorized persons.

In recent years, the issue of data protection has become a priority in most areas of computer technology, which is also increasingly affecting single users. This is especially true in everyday cases where a lost or stolen flash drive falls into unauthorized hands, as most people also hold valuable documents on these media that have real, monetary value. Nonetheless, in the market for portable memory keys, we rarely come across a device that would effectively protect stored data, although this would obviously be much needed.

The gaping market gap appears to be filled by Brando, a smart solution that protects most existing memory keys: the product is actually a USB-lockable USB socket that quasi-plugs the pen drive, so preventing the device from connecting to a computer. Since removing the lock without the code can almost certainly only be accomplished by breaking the USB connector, it is unlikely that a simple thief (or less honest finder) would be able to extract data from a drive locked in this way.

The novelty is expected to be launched in September, at a purchase price of approximately HUF 1900.
