Buffalo pulled the lid off the HD-PZU3 series this week, a move by the manufacturer to expand the MiniStation product line. The new models have placed a particular emphasis on durability, making portability safer.

The HD-PZU3 won’t really stand out from the field in terms of dimensions, as it can be said to be average in terms of its 89 x 18 x 128 millimeters. What makes it more worthwhile to pay attention to these external hard drives in the first step is the use of 256-bit hardware AES. AES stands for Advanced Encryption Standard. This is an encryption algorithm developed by the US government that is now used worldwide.

And in the second step, this external storage device can be a great choice because, in addition to having a USB 3.0 port, it is quite carved from hardwood. Thanks to the rubberized cover and the internal vibration absorbing system, our data is safe from harmful external physical influences. This can also be said with such certainty because hard disks passed all military tests.

According to information released by Buffalo, the HD-PZU3 family will introduce themselves to the general public in mid-March with 2 members. The smaller one (500 gigabytes) will be available in red, black, and silver at roughly $ 198 end-user prices, while the larger (1-terabyte capacity) end-user price will be available in red, black, and silver.
