Available for Mac GeForce GTX 285
EVGA has begun distributing its video card for the inside of the Mac Pro in line with Apple’s event.
The DirectX 10 GTX 285 Mac Edition operates at NVIDIA-recommended clock speeds: the GPU operates at 648 MHz, the 240 shading at 1476, and 1GB of GDDR3 memory at 2484 MHz. The PC version of the graphics card has a TV output in addition to the two DVI connectors, but the GTX 285 for Mac does not have such a port and does not come with a DVI to HDMI converter.
The GeForce GTX 285 Mac Edition costs $ 449,99, which is 10 times more than the For The Win version, and $ 100 more than what the EVGA reference model can be purchased for.
