Within the total number of voice channels, based on the data received, the number of traditional fixed telephone lines was 2,007 million in the month (2,020 million in the previous month), the number of voice channels operating on the cable television network was 536 thousand (524 thousand in the previous month), and IP based voice channels increased to 396 thousand from 391 thousand in the previous month. The total value of voice channels for the entire market was estimated at 2,999 million at the end of June 2012.
In the case of fixed voice services, based on the total (estimated) market, Magyar Telekom has the largest market share, which is 60,2 percent. In second place is Invitel with 13,2 per cent, followed by UPC with 11,8 per cent and Digi with 8,5 per cent.
In June, the number of fixed-line voice channels per 29,56 people was 61,60, and the number of fixed-line households in households was 315 percent. Subscribers made 112 million minutes on a traditional telephone line and 145 million minutes on an IP basis. The average duration of calls made per trunk in the month under review was XNUMX minutes.
According to the data of June 2012, the number of subscribers has carried a total of 2004 thousand numbers since June 679 in the framework of number portability facilitating the change of service provider.
