Newer laptop batteries need to be replaced

Once again, Sony is at fault, with notebooks from several manufacturers involved in the case.

Dell, Toshiba and Hewlett-Packard, in partnership with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, have announced the unfortunate fact that new lithium-ion Sony laptop batteries need to be replaced. The recall action affects nearly 35 flammable adapters prone to overheating in the U.S. and another 65 worldwide.
