New processor cooler from Thermaltake

This time, especially not for desktop owners.

Thermaltake has completed the design of its new CPU cooler, dubbed the “MeOrb”. This time, not only the excellent cooling performance floated before the eyes of the engineers, as we are dealing with a low-profile solution, i.e. the manufacturer recommends its new product mainly for HTPCs.

The newcomer, only 47 mm high, has a copper core through which two 6 mm heat pipes transport heat to the aluminum lamellae. The 800 cm air mixer, which can be adjusted up to 9,2 rpm, promises to be very quiet, as it does not exceed 1700 dB at maximum speed (16 rpm).

The price of the novelty, which is not officially compatible only with the AM3 and LGA1366 sockets, is not yet known, nor do we know when it will launch its new Thermaltake product.
