New GeFors and GTS 450 details

The upcoming NVIDIA drive has revealed the names of several video cards that will be released in the near future, and the final specifications of the GTS 450 are also nicely outlined.

Microsoft has already released the GeForce 259.47, WHQL-certified device driver on Windows Update, in which eye-catching users have found the name of quite a few unannounced GeForce 400 series graphics cards for desktop and mobile computers. The driver, dated August 21, supports GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, 100, 200, 300 and 400 series GPUs as usual, including the following new features:

Meanwhile, information was also received about the first GeForce GTS 106 graphics card, codenamed GF450. Based on these, it can be said that the GPU of the novelty will be ticking at 783 MHz and the 192 CUDA core in it will be ticking at 1566 MHz. The 3608 MHz, 1 GB GDDR5 type memory is connected to the GPU with a 128 bit wide data bus. An ASUS model has already appeared in a foreign price list, namely the solution called ENGTS450 DirectCU - here it has 176 euros on its price tag (~ 50 forints). Fighting against the HD 000 series, the GTS 5700 is expected to begin its conquest on September 450th.
