VR-Zone has published Intel's official roadmap.IMG0040840 Based on the information, we can expect the arrival of three Ivy Bridge-E processors during the third quarter.

  • Core i7-4960X: six cores, 3,6 GHz (Turbo Boost up to 4,0 GHz), 15 MB L3
  • Core i7-4930K: six cores, 3,4 GHz (Turbo Boost up to 3,9 GHz), 12 MB L3
  • Core i7-4820K: four cores, 3,7 GHz (Turbo Boost up to 3,9 GHz), 10 MB L3

All three processors are in the 130-watt TDP class and, as their name suggests, come in a multiplier-free package. Another good news is that they don’t get a new socket, so they can be easily installed on motherboards with the previously released LGA-2011 enclosure.
