Is this the first Samsung-like Chinese phone with a curved display?

The Elephone U and U Pro will be like two eggs on the outside, but there will be significant differences inside.

Let’s start by saying that so far we’ve heard of the S9 from a phone called the Elephone, but now here are two more phones, one of which can even be considered a top model. True, the central tile isn’t going to be the most muscular, but it’s just strong enough that we can love.

The Chinese manufacturer unveiled its new phones in a recent press release. What we can know for sure is that the two devices will use different central chips. The stronger one will be powered by a Snapdragon 660 and the weaker one by a MediaTek Helio P23.

The Helio P23 is MediaTek's new low-to-mid-range SoC, an extremely cost-effective solution with a focus on multimedia features in today's spirit. The cheap central tile allows the general public to enjoy the beautiful look as well.

The beautiful exterior in this case means we’ll find a curved AMOLED display in the all-aluminum housing, at least according to the English source, which mentions curved display and non-curved glass. Outside, it is expected that we will find more aluminum alloy parts in the Pro version.

Based on the image above, the display will really be curved, but we’re wondering if you think the first Chinese phone with a curved display in the Elephone U and U Pro image will arrive! Add your comment!
