Unknowns have raised the news of Obama's death

The American Fox News Twitter site has fallen victim to hackers.

The following message was read on the FoxNewsPolitics Twitter channel for two hours: "President Barack Obama is dead, two shots killed him. We have a sad 4th of July! The 34 followers of Fox's Twitter quickly spread the fake news on the Internet. The posts detailed the event, which also revealed that the president was shot twice at Ross' Restaurant in Iowa.

Hackers sent several malicious and untrue Twitter posts about assassination of President Obama. The news, of course, is not true, the President is spending Independence Day with his family, White House workers and soldiers' families "The attack is being investigated, Foxnews.com regrets all the concerns raised by the false entries," Fox said in a statement.
