Myka comes with an ION-based media PC

The seemingly promising machine arrives as Bandwagon.

ION has entered the market in many different configurations, and can be used successfully in netopos in addition to netbooks. The latter camp is reinforced by Myka’s machine, which the manufacturer mentions as a kind of media PC, and based on ION’s graphics performance, you can rightly do so.

The product is available in black, white and silver, but the internal content is much more important. We think it’s commendable that Myka didn’t choose from the single-core dew-weak Atoms, but built the dual-core Atom 330, which came with 4GB of DDR2 memory. There are also 10 USB 2.0 and one eSATA connectors, and the VGA / DVI / HDMI trio provides picture (and audio) with component and composite video outputs, as well as stereo analog and 5.1 digital audio output. 

Myka’s ION has already appeared on pre-order lists for $ 379, but you have to wait another 4-6 weeks for shoppers to get their new favorite.
