Intel procit gets Samsung's new tablet
The 3-inch member of the Samsung GALAXY Tab10,1 series comes with the Intel XMM 6262 3G or Intel XMM 7160 4G LTE solution and the Intel® Atom™ Z2560 processor (“Clover Trail+”).
The Intel Atom SoC (“Clover Trail+”) platform for Android offers increased computing power, three times the graphics performance and competitive battery life compared to previous generation Intel Atom processors. The Intel Atom SoC (“Clover Trail+”) platform for Android enables lightning-fast applications, stunning 3D graphics, enhanced camera capabilities, vivid HD video quality and excellent battery life.
The integrated Intel ® Graphics Media Accelerator guarantees a stunning, lifelike 3D gaming experience and crystal clear graphics. Enhanced camera features include face detection, mobile HDR and panorama features. Clover Trail + Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology provides a dual-core experience for seamless multi-tasking.
The Intel XMM 7160 will be one of the world’s smallest and lowest power multimode multi-band LTE solutions and will also support global LTE roaming. It offers cost-effective multi-band configurations, extended battery life and global LTE roaming within a single SKU.
The GALAXY Tab3 10.1 tablet is expected to be available in Hungary from July.
