Case of Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 and 4500 MHz
Nice reserves lie in the new 45nm dual-core procik.
After a bit of browsing and searching, we came across very encouraging results on store shelves regarding the overclocking of the E8400 processor, which also arrives in these minutes.
The guys sent the patient in the following configuration:
- ASUS P5K Deluxe / WiFi (BIOS: 0705)
- A-DATA DDR2 800 MHz
- Sparkle 8600GT 256MB
- 40 GB HOOF
- Enermax 720W
- Water cooling
And the result:

Although this result was achieved with water cooling, it is not excluded from the temperature values that similar clock signals can be achieved with more muscular air cooling.
