Free-to-use, time-limited Nero 9 has become available

The free version has only basic features.

Nero AG has made available the free (no 15-day time limit) Nero 9 package. With a size of 55 MB, the new version only allows writing in data mode and disc copying - on both CDs and DVDs. If the user decides he needs more, he has the option to add updates to the free version to make other features of the software available.
