Free Windows Phone 7 apps for LG Optimus 7 owners

LG Electronics and Microsoft have teamed up to provide LG customers with Windows Phone 7 with a free selection of quality applications.

LG and Microsoft will offer Windows Phone 7 applications in a number of categories - connectivity applications, games and useful utilities - so everyone can find the additional software they need. Ten free apps worth more than $ 60 will be released every 30 days. LG Optimus 7 owners will be able to download these applications for free (for a period of 60 days) through the LG Application Store. The Application Store is available directly from the LG Optimus 7. What’s more, LG is making free applications developed by the company freely available to Optimus 7 customers. These applications, such as Look n Type and Workout Trac, will also be available in the company’s Application Store.

Selected developers will receive exclusive marketing opportunities and resources with LG to distribute their application. They can take advantage of LG’s market presence and the opportunities offered by the Microsoft Windows Phone Marketplace.
