Technology is not far from Samsung, in our opinion, it is something like that even now.

Samsung is making a real dripping monitor!

The company has revealed its plans for this year, from which we learned that a real giant baby is planned to be launched around September, but it will be a little later. Engineers want to target exactly three areas:

  • ultra-wide monitors - in addition to the 21: 9 aspect ratio, the so-called "super ultra-wide", ie 32: 9 aspect ratio can also come to the fore
  • quantum dot technology - a color correction process, especially spectacular for red and green
  • refresh rate - target a refresh rate of at least 100 Hz with players' needs in mind

In the light of the above, a very interesting monitor can be born already in September, which can essentially be seen as an update of last year's CHG90 (shown in the pictures). The resolution of the display with VA panel is really impressive, but the 5120 × 1440 pixels (DQHD = Dual quad HD resolution) will undoubtedly be a serious challenge for any graphics card, especially if the lucky owner wants to take advantage of the 120 Hz image refresh of their favorite in his games. The 1800R arc display puts the dot on the i with its “frameless” design.

The slightly more affordable segment will also get some crease stitching, the 43-inch segment will get a new VA panel, and of course we won't have a reason to complain here either: 3840 × 1200 pixels, curved design and 144 Hz image refresh. Another novelty is that the latter image update will also be available in the third quarter for 34-inch displays with a VA panel. A new product with the following parameters is also expected around July:

  • Size 31,5 inches
  • 3840 × 2160 pixel resolution
  • 120 Hz update
  • 3000: 1 contrast ratio
