HP has introduced a hybrid tablet and touchscreen ultrabooks
HP has introduced three notebooks with multitouch displays, including a uniquely designed tablet device. With the tools, information can be easily processed to adapt to different life situations.
The HP ENVY x2 is a powerful and ultra-thin hybrid notebook that combines the benefits of two product categories. The device can be used as both a notebook and a tablet: its screen can be detached from the keyboard in one go, turning it into a tablet. Thus, ENVY x2 customers do not have to decide whether to choose a device that is suitable for content production or rather designed for entertainment - both can be obtained in one device.

The product comes in an elegant aluminum cover and features a new magnetic hinge that allows you to easily fit your tablet to your keyboard. The HP ENVY x2 weighs 1,4 kg with a keyboard, but the tablet compartment weighs just 0,71 kg.
Customers can work directly on the optimized Windows 8 touchpad thanks to the HP ENVY x2’s vibrant 29cm (11,6-inch) HD touchscreen. The ultra-wide viewing angle and 400-nit IPS panel provide an excellent visual experience both indoors and outdoors. There is an HD webcam on the front and an 8 megapixel camera on the back for high quality photos and videos.
For perfect sound, the product is equipped with Beats Audio, which offers the richest audio experience available on PCs. The tool can also be used for creative tasks with the optional stylus, and this accessory allows more accurate writing, drawing and navigation.
With the HP ENVY x2, it becomes easy to keep in touch, share pictures and other materials with our friends and loved ones. The new HP Connected Photo application syncs your photos seamlessly across multiple devices, as well as basic editing tasks. It also helps us share our pictures if we use social networking sites. The HP ENVY x2 is equipped with an SSD, making it more reliable and loading faster. Built-in NFC technology allows users to share content, including photos, contacts and links, with just one touch.
HP Specter XT TouchSmart Ultrabook - the premium touch experienceFeaturing a 39,6 cm (15,6-inch) multitouch Radiance Full HD display and IPS technology, the HP SpectreXT Touch Smart Ultrabook delivers high performance and allows you to control it in addition to the keyboard and mouse. The notebook is 17,9 millimeters thick and weighs 2,16 kg. The notebook is also equipped with exclusive HP innovations such as HP CoolSense, which results in noticeably cooler operation, the HP Imagepad, which allows you to control the machine with more fingers and gestures, or like the HD TrueVision HD webcam; or with applications such as HP Connected Photo. The HP SpectreXT TouchSmart Ultrabook comes preloaded with security and entertainment applications. Customers are also assisted by exclusive telephone support, where they can obtain technical assistance with HP Spectre.
To protect confidential data and prevent cyber-attacks, the notebook has Absolute Data Protect for one year and Norton Internet Security and Intel Anti-Theft for two years - the latter helping to protect data remotely in the event of theft.
Among other things, the Ultrabook includes a 90-day HP SmartFriend Setup Service that provides customers with accelerated, personalized help to make friends with their new PC as soon as possible. And HP SmartFriend Complete Service answers users' "how do I do it?" from setting up WiFi, removing viruses and using new software, to managing files.
HP ENVY TouchSmart Ultrabook 4 - the power of touch
Featuring an eye-catching metallic design, the HP ENVY TouchSmart Ultrabook 4 features a 35,5cm (14-inch) multi-finger touch HD display. This model is 23 mm thick and weighs 2,16 kg. The backlit keyboard, 8-hour runtime, and subwoofer with Beats Audio make this notebook a reliable companion for days.
The HP ENVY TouchSmart Ultrabook 4 delivers high performance with the latest Intel processor and SSD drive options. The machine has the same Intel technologies that were introduced on the HP SpectreXT TouchSmart Ultrabook.
