Laptops cheaper than $ 400 are coming soon

According to the promises of Taiwanese companies, notebooks worth $ 299 (HUF 60) could be launched on the market later this year.

According to the Commercial Times, the "penny" notebooks will be available in the second half of the year. The decrease in prices is due not only to the cheapness of parts, but also to the weakening of the dollar. For a long time, manufacturers have been promising their products with a less fast and occasionally less demanding finish, but until now there has been no opportunity for economical production.

It’s better not to expect anything extra: the battery will presumably have low battery life, and the equipment won’t be in the upper class either. On the other hand, low-cost laptops will be a great service for customers who always choose low-end models from mobile phones - and not necessarily for financial reasons, but because they need more modest functionality.
