As he said, during the attack from abroad, a high-priced number was called in Latvia, which according to their information costs almost 25 thousand forints per minute. At the municipality, after Pentecost on public holidays, the attack was detected on Tuesday and the municipality's server connections were immediately cut off.

Dániel Zelei was also informed about the events - after the endangerment of the performance of local government public tasks and the unauthorized use of the service abroad - the Heves County Branch of the Constitutional Protection Office was also informed - Dániel Zelei announced.

The telephone network of the Heves county municipality operates on IP technology, ie on the Internet. This modern solution, which is very common nowadays, is also used in other offices, such as ministries and government offices. In addition to the many convenience services, the technology also results in significant cost savings, the cabinet manager added.
