GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD7 (formerly GA-EX58-EXTREME 2) on pictures

The X58 is also friendly with USB 3.0 and SATA3.

An updated top page from GIGABYTE is coming. The images show the GA-X58A-UD7, previously ringed as GA-EX58-EXTREME 2. The designation has been changed so as not to confuse users with the first GA-EX58 Extreme, as the new model is actually part of the UD series, in addition to a number of changes in the revised revision, including:

  • High-performance cooling system that practically runs through the board, the rib resting on the X58 can also be used as a water cooling block with the help of connectors
  • 4 PCI-Express × 16 rails with SLI and CrossfireX support
  • 4 internal SATA3 6.0 Gb / s ports
  • 2 USB 3.0 connectors (NEC controller)
  • USB with three times stronger power supply (1500mA for USB500 instead of 2mA, 2700mA for USB900 instead of 3mA)

So far, GIGABYTE has released only two images of the product, the exact release date and purchase price of which are not yet known, but it will probably be available before Christmas.
