Fujitsu-Siemens T800 series

As for other FS devices, the N560 will arrive in March, with a 624 MHz processor, VGA screen, GPS and other goodies, but those who don't need that much, will arrive in February with the C550, 520 MHz processor, VGA display, WiFi, With Bluetooth and USB host.
