Updated one of the most popular FPS meters
Developers are updating relatively frequently these days.
With Fraps, you can display the current FPS value on the screen for applications that use OpenGL and DirectX, and you can also take screenshots and videos of your games. To run the latest version of the program, the CPU must be familiar with the SSE2 instruction set (Pentium 4 and above), and must have Windows XP or later.
