LibreOffice 6.2 has brought the much-anticipated tape menu, well worth a try!
After a radical rethink of the user interface, the application is able to make the best possible use of all screen sizes; the ribbon menu is available in grouped, context-sensitive versions. The tabbed version aims to provide a familiar interface to users of closed office packages, while grouping makes “primary” options available with a single click and “secondary” features with up to two clicks. LibreOffice 6.1.5 has also been developed, which is better suited for enterprise implementations - reliability is more important than functionality, and this version excels in this.
