ZyXEL is focusing on cloud solutions at this year's CeBIT

Taiwan-based ZyXEL COMMUNICATIONS will present its highly successful networking solutions at this year’s CeBIT in Hannover, Germany. At the exhibition, the company will focus on the “Home Smart Home” architecture, which has been tailored mainly to the needs of telecommunications service companies by the company’s professionals.

It also focuses on exclusive “personal cloud” technology, which is available with support for the new NSA 300 Series media servers and was developed by the company in collaboration with Polkast, one of the world’s leading cloud service companies. The “Home Start Home” architecture

The wide and reliable applicability of the “Home Start Home” solution provides an opportunity to develop sophisticated and intelligent home applications and to provide services tailored to customer expectations. This can simultaneously strengthen the average revenue per user as well as customer loyalty. Created with the support of ZyXEL and its partners, the package includes a mix of leading software and firmware solutions.

The future belongs to the individual cloud

At CEBIT 2012, one of ZyXEL’s main attractions will be the introduction of exclusive “personal cloud” technology, which can be developed with the support of the new NSA 300 Series media servers. The solution was developed by the company in collaboration with one of the world's leading cloud service companies, Polkast. Home users can enjoy everyday mobile access with ultra-fast streaming of high-definition media content anywhere in their home, enabling overall, free handheld management of multimedia content in the user’s own cloud space under strict security conditions.

In addition to the above, the company will also present other applications at the exhibition. Examples include 4G LTE, VDSL2 solutions, as well as a comprehensive CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) product offering and end-to-end fiber options tailored to the needs of service providers.
