Will the Symbian Belle update arrive on February 8th?

According to the latest news, Belle upgrades for older devices may begin on February 8th.

Last year, we even reported that Nokia announced which owners of older devices could expect to upgrade to Symbian Belle. Since then, there has been relatively silence around Belle’s house, only occasionally leaking 1-1 Belle ROMs to certain devices.

Now Nokia’s Vietnamese division has announced that Belle updates for the N8, E8, X7, E7, and C6-6 smartphones may begin on February 01th. According to the news, only the Vietnamese representative has made the announcement so far, so there is no information that this date also applies to other parts of the world, or that the update may start at other times everywhere. In any case, it is almost certain that Belle will reach all regions in February for these phones. We are waiting!
