Freezingly good performance with MSI

MSI today officially announced the Radeon HD 7950 Twin Frozr OC video card.

The card is equipped with the company's exclusive Twin Frozr III cooling solution. The system is based on two 80 mm dual propeller blades (Propeller Blade) cooling fans, producing low GPU temperature and noise levels. The MSI Radeon HD 7950 Twin Frozr is based on OC Military Class III components, including Hi-c capacitors (Hi-c CAP), Super Ferrite chokes (SFC) and Solid capacitors (Solid CAP), all of which are MIL-STD-810G are certified. Based on impressive technical metrics, we can expect significant performance gains with Afterburner tuning software, even though the graphics processor and memory clock no longer follow AMD's recommendation by default. The former ticks at 880 MHz, while the latter ticks at 5,2 GHz, which corresponds to increases of 10 and 4 percent, respectively.

The MSI R7950 Twin Frozr III 3GD5 / OC video card can reach the domestic markets at the end of February, the recommended consumer purchase price is HUF 149.
