Ouya received negative criticism in the first round

The developers immediately took the console to their defense. In their view, the prototype does not reflect a commercially available model. Some major foreign portals may have examined the OUYA prototype even before its release. Since the official release date is June 4, the console may now be essentially ready, testing is not unfounded accordingly. The good news is that the harsh criticisms have been directed primarily at the software line: few games, unfinished user interface, poor quality of existing games, limited functionality.

Engadget is also of the opinion that OUYA is not yet ready for retail distribution, however, there is still some time to go. Hopefully the developers will accept the current criticism and make the final fixes.
