AMD Catalyst 13.4 is ready

The WHQL-certified drive can be used from the AMD Radeon HD 5000 family. The range of supported video cards already includes the Radeon HD 7790 and 7990, so Catalyst 13.4 can be used with these as well. The new driver has further expanded the list of supported OpenGL 4.3 extensions, and has also significantly improved frame latency during Skyrim, Boderlands 2, Guild Wars 2, Tomb Raider, and Hitman Absolution.

Radeon HD 7000 owners have also received some performance optimization, the extent of which is shown below.

• Batman Arkham City (1920 × 1200): up to 5%
• Borderlands 2 (2560 × 1600): up to 10%
• Quake Wars (1920 × 1200): up to 13%
• Hitman Absolution (2560 × 1600): up to 11%
  Wolfenstein MP (1920 × 1080): up to 11%
  Civilization V (2560 × 1600): up to 5%
