ECS motherboard based on nForce 680i SLI
After yesterday's official presentation, the motherboards equipped with NVIDIA's latest high-end chipset will come out, of which we are now introducing you to the ECS product.
Based on the NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI chipset, the ECS PN2 SLI2 + motherboard supports Intel Core 2 Quad, Core 2 Extreme, Core 2 Duo, Pentium D, Pentium 4 and Celeron D processors. The FSB can be 1333/1066/800/533 MHz, while the four memory slots can handle a total of 32 GB of DDR2 800/667/533/400 SDRAM memory.
The motherboard has two full-featured PCI Express x16 slots for multi-card NVIDIA SLI systems, as well as a third PCIe x16, but it actually does its job at only eight times the speed, which is primarily used to accommodate physical accelerator cards.
Product features include 2 gigabit Ethernet, an 8-channel Realtek ALC885 voice controller, 6 USB 2.0 ports and six SATA 3 Gb / s interfaces.
