Computex 2008: GeForce mixed cut

Visitors to Computex could encounter special GeForces here and there.

At the MSI stand, those interested could take a closer look at a GeForce 9800 GTX "crazy" with water cooling, and at the Galaxy booth, a GeForce 2 GT "turbocharged" with 3 GB of GDDR9600 memory.

At ELSA, the interested parties received a real surprise, as they were the first and only ones to exhibit GeForce 9800 GT. However, the GLADIAC 980GT 1GB3 DHT is not a reference model: it only has one SLI connector, but they didn't skimp on the GDDR3 memory chips, as they integrated more than "necessary", 1 GB, and under the two-fan, double-slot cooling solution, it ran at 630 MHz GPU and VRAM working with an effective clock signal of 1800 MHz are hiding.
