Computex 2008: Awarded the latest VIA platform
VIA is the proud owner of the Best of Computex award.
The award was given to VIA Technology for its latest mobile platform: broken down into components, this means that Isaiah-based Nano processors and the VIA Chrome9 HC3 integrated graphics controller VX800 chipset deserved the award. Intel Atom can be considered the main competitor of VIA Nano, the only question is how much the manufacturers of netbooks and mini-laptops will sympathize with the VIA platform of the fifth generation Intel Centrino, the Against Montevina.
