Computex 07: two RV630 on one card
In addition to the GeCube and MSI, Sapphire has also completed its card with two HD 2600 chips.
The manufacturer is not at all unfamiliar with this terrain, as such a card has already been developed with the X1950 Pro GPU. Now, with the debut of the ATI DX mid-range 10, two RV630 XT cores have been paired at the same time.
Twice 256 MB memory, two PCIe power connectors
It has been given a PCB similar to its card predecessor, with the PLX PCI Express bridge responsible for communication between the two chips. Although at the drive level, this single card also means CrossFire mode, the CF connectors also carry the capability of a future Quad CF. Just have a house that can hold two such cards.
