Introducing the ASUS GTS450 DiretCU Series Video Cards
ASUS recently announced the DirectX 11-capable ENGTS450 DIRECTCU series.
ASUS is introducing the latest model of NVIDIA 400 Series DirectX 11 graphics cards, the ENGTS450 DIRECTCU series, which will be available from official ASUS resellers as of September 2010, 13.
Key product features:
- The ASUS ENGTS450 DIRECTCU TOP / DI / 1GD5 guarantees a significant performance increase over the reference with its GPU tuned to 925 MHz.
- DirectCU Cooling Technology: 8mm copper DirectCU heat pipes are in direct contact with the GPU for faster heat flow and 20% cooler and 35% quieter operation. The card's 21 dB noise level (at rest) is barely audible even in a quiet room.
- Voltage Tweak technology allows the ENGTS450 DIRECTCU series to be 15% faster than the reference. In addition, the ASUS Smart Doctor utility included with the card can control the GPU voltage without restarting the PC or setting the BIOS configuration.
- The ASUS ENGTS450 video card has a 4-phase power supply, which provides more stable voltage values and higher current during fine tuning. The exclusive PCB brace and GPU Guard provide extra strong support, improving the card's resistance to vibration and preventing bending and breakage.
- The ASUS GTS450 DirectCU series is powered by AIWI (www.aiwi.com.tw), which allows you to use iPhone and iPod touch as wireless mice and keyboards.
