MSI and Kingston strike back!

Once again, an Intel Core i9-9900K processor has been proven, and of course a large amount of liquid nitrogen is gone, by the time Kingston HyperX memories with product code KHX4266C19D4 / 8GX have been flown to 5,6 GHz - needless to say, this is now the absolute world record ! It is worth noting that during the overclocking, the CPU had to be run with rather drastic settings: only two of the 8 processor cores were active, running at 0,67 MHz at 816 volts. Perhaps an even bigger surprise was the MSI MPG Z390I Gaming Edge AC motherboard, many would have expected this sensational result from the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI APEX board. The 8GB Kingston HyperX memory withstood this hellish pace with CL 31-31-31-63-3 timing and the tuning master was Toppc. We note that MSI and Kingston may not be able to rejoice at the top of the podium for long, as more manufacturers will soon be launching modules based on Samsung’s latest chips - which will certainly create a great opportunity to set new records.
