LG has created the world's first 9.1 3D home theater system

LG Electronics is also launching the 9.1 CINEMA 3D home cinema system in Hungary. With the new, innovative sound configuration of the HX906TX home theater system, you can also enjoy the perfect sound world of cinemas and live concerts in your home. With this technology, the sound completely fills the space both horizontally and vertically, thanks to which we can create an unprecedented 360-degree sound world in our home.

The unique sound world of the HX906TX is due to the 9.1 speaker system, which complements the 4 channel of traditional home theater systems with 3 stationary 5.1D speakers. With a total of 10 speakers, the HX906TX home cinema system is optimized for multi-directional sound and creates a world of detail that allows you to hear even the tiniest vibrations.

A special feature of the system is that the stationary 3D speakers direct the sound upwards, which fills the vertical space. The 360-degree prisms on the speakers reflect in all directions and deliver sound to every corner of the room. Using LG Electronics ’unique 3D-acting DSP algorithm, Sound Field Expansion technology further expands the size of the horizontal sound field. All this, combined with the stationary 3D speakers, produces a unique and immersive 360-degree surround sound. Sound field extension technology increases the optimal sound effect so viewers can always feel right in the middle of the action, even when more people are watching TV. In addition, the 3D sound analyzer examines different layers of the original soundtrack and then sends sound information to unused areas as well. The result is more detailed and realistic 3D surround sound.
