The first DDR3 memories come from Super Talent

According to DailyTech, Super Talent is among the first to launch its desktop DDR3 memories.

Although JEDEC (Joint Electronic Device Engineering Council) has not yet finalized the DDR3 specifications, Super Talent has already begun producing and testing prototypes of next-generation memories. Of course, their situation is facilitated by the fact that the company is a member of the above-mentioned council, so you can be informed first-hand about possible changes and the latest developments. Super Talent plans to start distributing DDR3 memories at the same time as the motherboards that support it sometime in mid-2007, but of course this date is still very plastic, so it may take months to debut.
