Chaintech has come up with 2 GHz DDR3 memories
The MHz race continues: after A-DATA, Chaintech has also reached 2000 MHz.
On the latest DDR3 modules in the Apogee GT series, according to the PC3-16000 rating, Micron D9G chips tick at 2 GHz, all with timing values of CL-9-8-8-24.
The Chaintech memories recommended for Intel X48 chipset motherboards are available in 2 × 1024 MB packages, but it is not yet known exactly when the first copies will land on store shelves, and the recommended retail price is not known.
