Arctic Cooling for AMD processors

Arctic Cooling recommends its latest processor cooler primarily for flat computer enclosures.

The Freezer 64 LP cooling unit cools AMD Sempron, Athlon 939, Athlon 2 X64 and Athlon 64 FX processors that can be inserted into Socket 2 and AM64 sockets. Due to its low design, it takes up little space, making it an ideal choice for home theater PC builders.

From the copper surface in contact with the CPU, three heat dissipation tubes deliver warm air to the individual ribs. The cooling unit, which consists of practically two parts, is kept cool by a 6 cm fan, which turns 3000 rpm.

The low-noise Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 LP will be available on store shelves from the end of March, with a suggested retail price of € 20, or about $ 5000. The manufacturer guarantees the product for six years.
