MSI launches low profile video card

The Taiwanese manufacturer is expanding its offer with a new model.

MSI is launching a low-profile GeForce GT 220 graphics card. Due to the design of the PCB, the novelty feels really good, especially in an HTPC environment. The N220GT-MD1GL / D3 model has DirectX 10.1 support and 48 stream processors. Following the NVIDIA reference recommendation, 625 MHz (GPU), 1360 MHz (shader) and 1580 MHz (memory) clock signals return from the datasheet. While active cooling and 1GB of GDDR3 RAM cannot be called a positive phenomenon in this case, hopefully the pricing will make us forget this "flaw". I can't provide exact information about the purchase price yet, but it can be enveloped that the distribution of the controller will start at just under 60 Euros (~ 15 HUF).
