Abit: new Silent OTES cooling for motherboards
Abit innovation is a feature of every product in the company, just think of Abit Fatal1ty motherboards. Coolers called OTES are also rumbling on your video cards, so it was a pleasant surprise that a new heat pipe solution could prove to be very effective.
The Silent OTES ™ solution is a slap in the face: the north bridge is cooled with a conventional block, but a heat pipe with copper lamellas lined up at the end of the heat dissipation. The outflow of heat from the housing was entrusted to the processor fan, so it can be seen that the cooling is not only quiet but also efficient. With this form of cooling, we hope to meet more than just the Pentium 4 socket motherboards, as it seems like a really good idea.
Below is the motherboard of the Abit Fatal1ty, which clearly shows that there is room for only the USB and PS2 ports, and the sound card terminals were solved with a separate card by the engineers. The above solution also follows this system.
